For my light photos, I chose Daniel as my subject. Do I think it is interesting? Sure. In these photos Daniel is smiling, which is rare. When I think of portrait lighting, I think of trying to capture facial expressions. Daniel's mood is happy in all three photos. My photos don't really have movement, but they are only supposed to be focused on Daniel. The first photo kind of uses the rule of thirds in the way that Daniel is placed to the right in the photo and he is not facing the camera directly. However, it doesn't really use impossible light. The second photo shows more of the portrait lighting and relates more to the project. There is emphasis and value where it gets darker on the right side of the photo. The third photo of Daniel eating pizza shows what I wanted my photos to look like. I edited this last one to make it look like I used impossible light. The original photo had good light and worked but it wasn't harsh or strong enough to where I wanted it to be. Personally, I really like portrait lighting, but I am not very good at it. It was a lot harder than I'd originally anticipated. What would I change? I wouldn't change anything specifically, I would just practice more and try to make the camera capture what my eye sees. That was really my goal, but it needs a lot of work.
